A satirical reflection by Author/Artist Phil Fehrenbacher

Phil enlisted in the Army in 1965 where you served for years in Vietnam.  He became a graphic designer and has worked for the state of Oregon for 26 years.  He retired in 2003 and started the Cartoon "In-Country".  The cartoons reflect his experiences during his tour of duty in South Vietnam.

  4. Extra support with Devoted Medical. Our in-house clinicians complement our partners’ care with a comprehensive suite of telemedical and in-home services.
  5. Timely care with Devoted software. We built our technology platform to serve members, not just billing and claims. We engage as often as needed to fill care gaps.

Devoted Medical is our specialized, in-house medical group. We offer virtual and in-home care to address the specific needs of Medicare members, working alongside a member’s primary care provider (PCP) to make sure they get the care they need.
