Founded in 2017 by brothers Todd and Ed Park, Devoted Health is on a mission to dramatically improve the health and well-being of older Americans. We offer Medicare Advantage plans, but that’s just the start.

We listen to our members—really listen—so we can support them in living the lives they want. That means we have to be more than a health plan. We have to deeply support member well-being with benefits, systems, and support designed for relationships, trust, and empathy.

The status quo is falling short

The U.S. spends more than twice per person on healthcare than other developed countries, yet our outcomes are worse. The issue? Our system was built for health problems we faced 100 years ago, when infectious diseases were the top threats.

Today, chronic diseases are the main health issues Americans face. That disconnect leaves us with healthcare that’s disorganized, fragmented, confusing, and reactive.

To deliver on this promise, we built from scratch an all-in-one healthcare service for Medicare beneficiaries based on 5 ingredients:

1. Comprehensive Medicare Advantage plans. We intentionally design our plans with health and wellness benefits members actually use and savings they actually get.*
2. Full-service Member Service Guide. Our Guides are like a healthcare concierge service, empowered to solve problems and build relationships, one member at a time. 
3. Reliable access to trusted providers. We partner with local doctors and hospitals in every community we serve for easy access to care.
4. Extra support with Devoted Medical. Our in-house clinicians complement our partners’ care with a comprehensive suite of telemedical and in-home services.
5. Timely care with Devoted software. We built our technology platform to serve members, not just billing and claims. We engage as often as needed to fill care gaps.

Peace of mind with Devoted Medical

Devoted Medical is our specialized, in-house medical group. We offer virtual and in-home care to address the specific needs of Medicare members, working alongside a member’s primary care provider (PCP) to make sure they get the care they need.
