Have you ever thought about beekeeping?  Heroes to Hives is a FREE course offered by Michigan State University, University of Minnesota and many other Master Beekeepers to veterans and family members.  Whether you are retired at home or active duty deployed, they welcome you to the Heroes to Hives online course.  Although curriculum is specifically focused on beekeeping in Michigan, veterans in any location will gain valuable knowledge on honey bee biology, colony biology, pest pathogen management, and overwintering.
